At Brandy.ae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange items as per the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Return
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the UAE.
Return Process

info@brandy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up from your location within the UAE.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method .
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
